Two tropical hardwood villas - Soursop House with three bedrooms and Passionflower Cottage with one bedroom - are available separately or together from 2-10 guests.
Located on Luck Hill, in the centre of Tortola at 700 feet elevation the villas overlook Brewers Bay, a white sand beach, 3 minutes drive away. The location offers exceptional peace and privacy, magnificent, panoramic views of the surrounding islands and pleasant breezes all year round.

The property is totally secluded, gated and fenced with a paved driveway and ample parking. Natural stone walls, giant boulders and a lily-pond decorate lush gardens with a large, infinite-edge swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
