The condo has an eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom with king-size bed, second bedroom with 2 twin beds, 2 baths, vanity/dressing area, walk-in closet and screened in lanai with a wonderful view over the golf course. There are 2 TVs, a VCR, and full size washer and dryer. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This professionally furnished unit on the 3rd floor of a 1996 3-story building has cathedral ceilings that make it feel even larger.

Amenities include a challenging Arthur Hills designed golf course, heated swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, gourmet dining room, lounge, pro shop, fitness center with sauna, driving range and practice greens. Golf membership included (fees for membership transfer, golf carts and nominal green fees).
