The condo has an eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom with king-size bed, second bedroom with 2 twin beds, 2 baths, vanity/dressing area, walk-in closet and screened in lanai with a wonderful view over the golf course. There are 2 TVs, a VCR, and full size washer and dryer. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This professionally furnished unit on the 3rd floor of a 1996 3-story building has cathedral ceilings that make it feel even larger.
Amenities include a challenging Arthur Hills designed golf course, heated swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, gourmet dining room, lounge, pro shop, fitness center with sauna, driving range and practice greens.
