This spacious apartment with sun all day on its balconies, each room has its own balcony, modern fully equipped kitchen, towels and pool towels are provided.

PUERTO BANUS with its Marina is the most luxurious cosmopolitan resort in Spain and the most popular year round tourist destination in Europe renowned for its nightlife, good restaurants, bars and discos.

The Marina has numerous restaurants, art galleries, world famous designer boutiques, alfresco cafes, discos, banks, casino, 24 hours concierge / reception and security services. The apartment has an underground parking space and elevator.
The bottom of the gardens is the blue flag sandy beaches with sun beds and fully serviced beach restaurants for serving food, drinks and BBQ until sunset suitable for all budgets. Magnificent views of Gibraltar and the observation of the most elegant yachts and fishing boats sailing in and out of the Marina Banus. Marina Puerto Banus is 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment is wheelchair friendly. Good wheelchair access available to all facilities including gardens and balcony with wide corridors, large lifts. Cots and high chair are available. The rates include cleaning; change to towels and linen once a week or on arrival and departure.

Every Saturday morning there is a popular street market at Puerto Banus bullring. Puerto Banus offers alfresco bars, piano clubs, discos, and several renowned fashion houses in addition to small interesting boutiques and many art galleries. Leisure activities includes biking, horse back riding, water sports, golf, tennis, swimming, boat trips, multi complex cinema with original sound tracks, bridge clubs, casino, bowling, sea world, dolphin excursions, safari park/zoo, two large acqua (water)parks, Tivoli World fun fair with traditional Spanish entertainment.

This apartment that we own has two bedrooms, master bedroom with king size double bed and the guest bedroom with twin beds, 2 all marble bathrooms with full bath and shower, vanity unit, bidet. DIGITAL SAFE IS PROVIDED.
The lounge has a well sprung sofa bed that can sleep two.
It is luxuriously furnished by the owners. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is air-conditioning and covered garage space with all amenities
