Our lovely six bedroom two storey home is at Oak Island Cove on the Formosa Gardens subdivision which is the closest residential community to Disney World and under a half an hour from the airport.
We have spent a huge amount of time and money to make our home the top rental home for your hard earned holidays,top of the range furniture,bedding,drapes,our king master suite has a four poster king bed,another two Queens have ensuites as well,there are three twin bedded rooms one of which is themed. All our bedrooms have tv's many with dvd.vcr.Our formal lounge has a 60 inch high definition tv with dvd and comfortable seating,our family room has plasama tv with surround sound and more sofas to relax.
A full size kitchen with all the extras and a seperate utility room with full size washer and dryer.
We have a huge air conditioned games room with 8 foot slate pool table,air hockey,electronic darts and an x box with tv as well as a selection of board games.
The south facing heatable pool and spa,which have ever changing coloured lights at night, is surrounded by lush tropical plants and trees for privacy.There is a lanai if it gets too hot as well as a poolside hot and cold shower poolside. To the side of the house is a paved area with gas bbq and table/chairs with a privacy fence around,from here you can see the Disney fireworks.
There are shops and supermarkets as well as a selection of popular restaurants only a half mile away from our home.Our guests love our home and many return again,our first timers just don't want to leave and go home as you will be,
