It can sleep up to 9 if the folding bed and sofa bed are used.
Situated on the high point of the resort the shaded terrace and garden provide a cool place to relax, looking across the golf course, it is peaceful and not overlooked. The pool is just a few metres from the back door.
The lounge and all three bedrooms have aircon which you will need in August but for our winter visitors the lounge has heating and an open fireplace.
The golf club, resort hotel, driving range and restaurants are just a few minutes walk.
The beach club with swimming pool, bar, restaurants, playground and water sports is approx 10 mins drive.
Nearby golf courses include Desert Springs, Marina de la Torre and Cortijo Grande.
Nearby towns are Vera, an old Spanish town, Garrucha a fishing port with beaches, promenade, fun fair in the summer. Mojacar Playa and the ancient hill town of Mojacar Pueblo on the mountainside.
The rugged coastline of the Cabo De Gata marine reserve is 40 mins drive along the spectacular coast road via Carboneras.
Other nearby attractions are the water park, Sierra Cabrera and caves at Sorbas.
Mini Hollywood (now Oasys), Grenada and the Sierra Nevada are 1 - 2 hours drive,it is therefore possible to enjoy a days walking or skiing in the Sierra Nevada.
We are 1.5 - 2 hours drive from Alicante and Murcia airports, 40 minutes from Almeria airport.
