Detached modern 3 bed villa with a private kidney shaped pool, and air-conditioning. Located in the Playa del Mar area, the location gives you access to the town by foot, which is a pleasant 12/15 minute walk. El Portet beach is also a 15 minute walk.
The pool terrace has the sun from mid- morning till dusk and is not directly overlooked.
Parking is off road.

The layout of the villa is on 2 levels, the first level is the master double room, plus en-suite bathroom with corner bath and shower, dressing area and outside terrace. Downstairs are the 2 twin rooms, bathroom / shower, utility with dishwasher and washer, kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, and microwave. The dining room has double doors leading to the outside terrace with a further covered dining area overlooking the pool and the town, a barbecue is also located off the terrace.

Towels are provided, but not beach towels.
Heating is provided by thermostatic controlled warm air in winter.
We are strictly no smoking and do not allow pets.

In summer bookings must be Saturday to Saturday.
Hi chairs and cots available at a small rental per week, this does not include linen.

A refundable damage deposit of £150 is also required.
