This lovely Spanish owned country house, has fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. It is set in its own private grounds with olive trees, and some fruit trees. Private gates and drive to house.

The house is very private, and only five minutes drive from Orgiva. Orgiva itself has all facilities such as banks, shops, restaurants and cafes.
The area is in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is very well placed for visiting the historical city of Granada and the famous Alhambra Palace, and also for visiting the mountain villages in the Sierra Nevada. It is only 40 minutes from the Costa Tropical.




Accommodation and facilities.
One double bedroom and one twin, one bathroom plus separate washroom with WC.
Large lounge with fireplace, television, CD player and fully fitted kitchen. Utility room with washing machine .
Bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside
The house is totally enclosed with private gardens. There is a larged covered area, and patio with barbecue and garden furniture.
The garden is safe for children and there are lovely views of the surrounding mountains.

Distances
The house is only 5 minutes from the town of Orgiva and an easy two hours drive from Malaga Airport, 50 minutes from Granada and 40 minutes from the coast.

This lovely house is owned by a local Spanish family, and I, Malcolm de Ste Croix with my colleague, Inma Hidalgo, manage this property for them. On your arrival in Orgiva you will be met by one of us and taken to the house, where we will also give you any local information you may require to help you enjoy your holiday. Car hire
Car hire is essential for seeing this beautiful area. We are agents for a very good
company, and we can organise this for you if you wish.

Changeover days
Changeover days are any day of the week, this helps you to find cheaper flights, except from 2nd July to 3rd of Sept, when changeovers must be from Saturday to Saturday.

Clients arriving can access the cortijo at 14.00pm.
Clients leaving must vacate by 10.00am.
