Alcossebre is a typically Spanish resort with beautiful beaches and many walks. There are plenty of restaurants. A car is recommended. You can visit the surrounding towns and resorts of Peniscola, Vinaros, Torreblanca, Torrenostra, Oropesa, Marina D'Or, Benicassim, Castellon, etc.
Approximately 1 hour drive from Valencia airport, 90 minutes drive to Reus Airport; the new Castellon Airport is scheduled to open some time in 2012 and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Las Arenas.
2 large pools with separate children's pool areas, Padel tennis courts (special Raquets required); children's play areas and playground equipment. Gated development overlooking mountains, but close to beaches.
Alcossebre is popular with Spanish residents and visitors, plus some British, French and other Europeans. Do not expect British pubs and discos.
Costa del Azahar is unlike any other Costas you may have visited - it is quieter, more traditional and very beautiful, with a laid back and relaxing way of life.
The apartment has all the equipment you will need, including hundreds of DVDs, many books, a wide screen TV and DVD player.
Please note towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment, but you will need your own towels for the beach and pool.
