A large 28" Widescreen TV with Sky TV (including movie channels) + DVD player (DVDs also supplied) sits next to the PC which is connected to the internet. A CD/radio/stereo is also supplied. The lounge looks out over one of the three terraces and then out over the Mediterranean Sea, or in the opposite direction to Lake Victoria and the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas. The lounge has two sofas to sit everyone comfortably. The dining area has an extendable dining table with a further sofa bed, that can sleep 2. There is a bedroom downstairs and a bathroom too. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms and a further two terraces. Local people refer to the development by the size of the pool, quite simply the largest in Almerimar, complete with three lifeguards! Beyond the pool it is a short walk to the sea, and alongside it are 4 tennis courts.

Refundable damage deposit is £300. Cleaning charge is €80 for 1 week, €120 for 2 weeks (TBC). We will provide discounts for early, last minute bookings, when available.
