Spacious 3 bed,2.5 bathroom brand new town house located in the gated community of the Regal Palms resort. Regal Palms is a prestigious Triple AAA (3 diamonds)rated resort. the resort has a fabulous Lazy river, 2 heated swimming pools and is a perfect choice for families, combining the facilities of a resort with the privacy and independence of a private villa.
The resort facilities include a large restaurant and bar, pool side bar, games room, fitness centre and spa, beauty complex, internet cafe, indoor/outdoor jacuzzi, steam room and childrens play area.
Towels are supplied free of charge at the poolside. Free wireless internet is available at the clubhouse. The resort is only 10 miles from the main disney attractions and is located on the I 27. There are supermarkets two minutes drive from the resort. A shuttle service to the main Disney attractions is available.
The house is fully furnished and equipped with brand new quality furniture and the decor is elegant and chic. The property consists of three bedrooms all on the first floor. there are two bathrooms on this floor serving the bedrooms.
On the ground floor we have the fully equipped kitchen, the living/dining room which opens onto the patio area and a cloakroom.
There are flat screen televisions in the living room, master bedroom and two further bedrooms (4 t.v.s in total)
