It is situated in the prime location of Vale Navio, surrounded by groves of orange, olive and carob trees. It is in a quiet, secluded spot but is close to Albufeira to the west and on the edge of Olhos D'Agua to the east. There is a row of bars and restaurants just 100 yards away and 2 supermarkets within half a mile, plus a very good ice-cream parlour. Olhos D'Agua is a comfortable 10-minute stroll away and has dozens of good restaurants, bars and shops. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk and there are three more superb beaches within 5 minutes’ drive.

The apartment is really striking; we've furnished it to a very high standard to make it comfortable and relaxing for 4 people. It’s on the 1st floor with a very large west-facing balcony, overlooking the swimming pools and gardens – perfect for evening drinks while watching the sunset. The furnishings are superb, and include a hand crafted solid wood dining table and 4 leather chairs, matching TV unit with Sky freeview box, and two 2-seater leather sofas, all located in the large open plan sitting room / dining room. The high spec fully fitted kitchen has a built-in oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms are flexible; you can have two double rooms, two twin-bedded rooms or one of each, as required. Both bedrooms have a matching 4-drawer chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. The bathroom has a white porcelain 5-piece suite. There are patio doors from the sitting room, the kitchen and the master bedroom, all leading to the impressive balcony.
