Accommodation.

Our stylish American 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is our ultimate rental experience, we are situated within a private gated community, with full air conditioning and celling fans in each room, including one on the patio. It also has a fully fitted games room.

Our home has its own private pool and hot tub, the villa is based in one of Florida's most sought after areas, The over sized pool, with heat for an extra cost, is not over looked by any other villas and it looks out over tree lined conservation land.

All rooms throughout out home are furnished to a very high standard, with a choice of comfortable furniture. The villa is fully carpeted throughout.

The Master Bedroom.

With King sized bed, T.V and lots of cupboard space, it also
incorporates a massive en-suite bathroom, fitted with double wash basin, fully tiled walk in shower, oval bath and a separate walk in toilet.

The Second Bedroom.

Has a queen sized bed, T.V and built in wardrobes, and shares a bathroom with the Third bedroom, which includes full sized bath, with integral shower, wash basin and toilet.

The Third Bedroom (Disney)

This themed Disney bedroom has 2 twin beds T.V, DVD and Video, to keep the kids quiet when you have a sleep-in.
All the bedrooms are furnished to an extremely high standard, with all the little extras you would want.

For our younger guests we have a Full sized travel cot, High chair and Buggy

The living Area.

The main living area has a comfortable corner sofa, with built-in reclining seats, and a full entertainment pack consisting of large T.V Video and hi-fi system, This includes a large selection of videos, DVD's and CD's for your enjoyment. There are also books, games and much more for those nights you just want to chill out.

The T.V also has Fox Sports for those of you that like to watch the English Footie.

Kitchen.

Our kitchen has everything you need to make sure your holiday is toil free, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee perch, Microwave, Cooker, Juicer, American Fridge/freezer, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. and also everything else you need.

Dining Area.

We also have a dining area which seats 6 people.

Breakfast Bar/Table.

We have a breakfast bar and breakfast table, for those early morning starts to days at the parks.

Games Room
Our games room is sitsuated within the Garage which is fully air conditioned for your comfort. We have a full sized Pool table, Air ice Hockey and Table football for your enjoyment.

We also have a community swimming pool, basketball court and play area for the little ones, within our private community.

We are ideally situated for full enjoyment of the major attractions and golf courses, shops and restaurants.
