A 25% booking deposit is required along with a photo copy of the principal guests passport.
A damage / security deposit of £300 is held until the return of the keys and a satisfactory inventory check is compleated.

Cleaning will be done prior to your arrival, and a clean set of linen and towels will be left in the apartment.
Keys, maps and how to find it instructions will be sent to you by recorded post the week before you travel.
