A beautiful, brand new, 3 bedroom ground floor apartment on the exclusive gated Polaris World Resort of Condado De Alhama.
Alhama Signature Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, is now open and provides a challenge for all levels of golfer.
The apartment itself has a large private terrace and is situated in the middle of "Jardin 7", just a 5 minute stroll from the first tee, with the large shared swimming pool (with separate childrens pool) directly outside the gate. The pool is gated for safety.
Inside, the apartment consists of a living area containing a large corner double sofa bed, a spacious kitchenette, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom has patio doors leading to a smaller second terrace that houses the washing machine.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned in the living area and all 3 bedrooms. Dishwasher, microwave, toaster, English and Spanish TV, DVD player, IPOD/IPhone dock, ironing board are also provided for your comfort and convenience. There two sets of golf clubs that you are free to use should you decide on a last minute round of golf!
The "Al Kasar" town centre, a 10-15 minute walk, is now open and consists of a bar,supermarket,restaurant and golf pro shop. Alhama Tourist Office is also located in the centre.
There are plenty of quiet beaches to visit, or even take a trip to Cartagena, Murcia City or Sierra Espuna National Park. Mazzaron Port is a 15 minute drive and here you will find beaches and a local market to pick up some bargains.
