The Townhouse is on a small complex in Pueblo Laguna which is about a mile and a half from Garrucha. It has ample facilities within.
There is a ;washing machine,microwave,Satellite TV and Radio/CD player.All rooms have ceiling fans and the large outside terrace has the benefit of an awning thatfaces the pool.There are local restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance. The area is served by three main airports.The nearest being ALMERIA is just over 45 mins away, where as Murcia is about 1hr 15 mins and Alicante 2 hrs.
This Townhouse is large and on three floors, so just four people are well catered for.

Saturday is the main changeover day but normally we can be flexible. The house is clean and ready for you by 16.00 pm at the latest. If you arrive earlier you can leave your bags downstairs. On departure day we ask you to vacate by 10.00am
