The Villa is located on the prestigious community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes. The entrance to the community is located around 10 miles South from the I4 junction. The Villa is about 20 minutes drive from the main entrance to the Walt Disney World Resort area. It is ideally situated for all the attractions, yet is well away from hustle and bustle of the Disney area. It is a perfect place for all the excitement of the many Theme Parks or for a relaxing vacation or holiday. It is also within easy driving distance of the Gulf Coast beaches and the Space Shuttle launch Centre on the East Coast. The Villa is well positioned within the the development and it has a large screened in-ground swimming pool and spa. The villa is not overlooked directly at the rear.

The property sleeps 10 people very comfortably. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 Master Suites with emperor sized beds. The Master Suites have cable TV and DVD players plus an en-suite Bathrooms with a bath and separate shower. The lower level Master Suite also has a private access patio door to the pool area. The 3rd bedroom offers a queen sized beds and this too has an en-suite bathroom that is shared with bedroom 4. The 4th and 5th Bedrooms have 2 twin beds. As you will see all Bedrooms have been furnished to a high standard as are all the rooms in our villa.

The fully equipped Kitchen contains a refrigerator, freezer, ice-maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, electric oven/hob, microwave, cutlery, crockery, kettle, filter coffee maker and cooking utensils. The Kitchen also has a breakfast bar. The Dining Room is alongside the Kitchen and Living Room, and contains a large table with seating for 6, in a more formal setting. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and an ironing board.

The Living Room area is equipped with comfy sofas, chairs and coffee tables. The Living Room also has cable TV.

Another one of the villas unique features is our garage which has been fully converted into a in-house games room featuring a full sized pool table and Wii Console, so after a splash in the pool you and your family can join in some family fun. The choice is yours.

An outstanding feature of the villa is the large screened deck area which contains the Spa and Swimming Pool. There is a large lanai with poolside furniture, large tables plus sun loungers. The Pool/Spa and Decking area are completely private. The Deck and Pool/Spa can be lit at night so there is no need to go indoors when the sun goes down! Access to Pool area are via patio doors from the Living Room and lower level Master Bedroom Suite. For the Winter months an electric pool heater is available at extra cost.
