Re Sleeping Spaces:
The villa actually has 7 sleeping spaces (1 double bed, 1 bed settee, 2 singles beds and 1 fold out bed suitable for a small adult or child). However, for the comfort of guests we only consider the villa to be comfortable for 4/3 Adults, 2/3 children. We have put in the additional sleeping spaces should a group of golfers not want to share a double bed or if guests have friends or family in the area they could stay over for a night. The villa is not suitable for 7 guests on a weekly basis.
