The villa is situated on a mature development off the US27. Only 20 minutes from the main gates of Disney and other major attractions. It is also close to the US192 which has numerous restaurants and shopping facilities. The airport is approximately 40 minutes away.
The air conditioned accomodation consists of a spacious lounge, (with queen size sofa bed), and dining area seating 6/8. This connects to a central family room, with comfortable sofas and enjoying cable TV, DVD VCR and PS2 entertainment. From here you can access the large screened patio area with a stunning 30'x15' swimming pool (Pool heating optional)and seperate BBQ area.
The large working kitchen overlooks the family room comes fully equipped with all the modern appliances that you would expect to find at home. The adjoining utility room houses the washing machine and tumble drier. This in turn leads to the garage which has been converted into an air conditioned games room, containing pool, soccer and table tennis tables, dart board and golf putting mat.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV and VCR, clock radio and walk-in closet with private safe. This room benefits from an en-suite bathroom comprising of twin vanity basins, bath, walk in shower and separate WC.
The other sleeping accomodation, comprises of a double bedroom, twin bedroom and shared bathroom with a single vanity basin, bath with shower and WC.
