Due the continued success of Casa Rosden Holiday Accommodation in Tomar, we are delighted to announce that we are able to offer holiday lets in our 3 bedroom Villa in May, June, July and August 2012.The accommodation will sleep up to 8 adults ( plus a fold up bed and cot will be available for up to 2 small children ) If you are interested please contact us now! This quiet, peaceful location with fabulous pool and sunbathing terrace overlooking the Knight's Templar city of TOMAR is the perfect place for you to relax, see the sights or Househunt. Casa Rosden holiday accommodation is a private self-contained Studio, next to and in the grounds of the owners residence, and is set back from the road, behind two sets of double gates. It is situated up high on the edge of a typical quiet,unspoilt Portuguese, village, with beautiful views of TOMAR city, from the poolside terrace.
A beautiful 10 x 4M Swimming Pool, BBQ with newly built Terrace and Al-Fresco eating areas,along with a warm welcome from the owners, await you here in Central Portugal.
Our holiday accommodation, is non-smoking, and has it's own private entrance. It is suitable for 2 + small child in one room plus bathroom or alternatively 4 persons can book the 2 connecting rooms The main room has a Double bed. The connecting room has a double and 1 single beds. We can also provide a full size cot and/or small camp bed for a younger charge. Electric Convector heaters are supplied for winter and an Electric fans in summer. There is a Smoke alarm.
The well equipped kitchen area has a large Fridge, Microwave, 2 ring Electric hob,small electric oven with grill,kettle & toaster. Ample crockery, glasses, cutlery and utensils are provided.
There is a Retro ‘Glass’ Table & chairs for dining inside and patio doors lead to an outside table & chairs, undercover of a terrace or in the BBQ seating area with the newly constructed Terrace extension for added shade.
The Studio also has TV Cabinet with TV /satellite box and 2 comfortable armchairs, for viewing your favourite English programes. Wireless internet access is also available FOC for your use to keep in touch.
The Patio doors have a 'privacy' blind and electric rolling night shutters.
The En-suite bathroom is fully tiled with shower cabinet, WC and wash hand basin, with mirror & light over. Storage trolley and a hairdryer are also supplied.
All Towels/Tea Towels/Bedding are supplied free of charge, together with Pool towels.
Our beautiful 10 x 4 metre swimming pool with Poolside shower has a sunbathing terrace, sunbeds and parasols.

No smoking inside the Studio please.
A car is highly recommended for getting about and to make the most of your stay with us. We have a very large off road car park for our guests.
We are open all year. Pets may be allowed in winter months. Please ask.
A Welcome pack (fruit, wine, milk and bottled water) is provided 'with our compliments' for stays of a week or more.

A 20% ( non refundable ) deposit is required to secure your booking with us. The balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival. In some circumstances we may accept cash in Euros on arrival.
