Finca Arboleda is situated in the countryside only 10 mins from the beach and 5 mins from Vera town. It comprises a 2 Bed rental Villa and the 1 Bed holiday Orange Grove Apartment, with a 10x5 metre swimming pool.

The Orange Grove Apartment is well equipped, clean, spacious and traditionally decorated. It has satellite tv and wireless internet.
Outside is a large garden with 100 mature fruit trees,Citrus, Apricot, Plums, Peaches, Olives and more. There is a patio area with table, chairs and bbq.

The country surroundings are perfect for a stroll or more serious walking, we have mountain bikes available as well. There are views of mountains all around and the Mediterranean can be seen, on a clear day!

Puerto Rey is the closest beach and it is a Blue flag beach with miles of clean normally empty sandy areas.
Busier beaches with all facilities are just down the coast at Garrucha and Mojacar, San Juan has beautiful sandy coves. Vera playa has an Aqua park.

Apart from the beach and walking there are 5 golf courses within easy reach with the fantastic Desert Springs about 15 mins away and Valle del Este about 3KM away

Mini Hollywood, home of the Spaghetti Western is about 40 mins away and open to the public. On the way you can visit an Olive Oil factory, stop at the pottery making towns of Sorbas and Nijar and on the return visit the Cabo de Gata national park and drive the spectacular mountain coast road back to Mojacar.

Vera is a charming old town with lots to see and many restaurants, Garrucha is a working fishing town where you can watch the days catch be unloaded and auctioned, take a stroll on the new promenade and then eat the fish at one of the many seafront restaurants. Mojacar is a lot livelier and has 100's of places to eat and drink; you can find it all from an all day English breakfast to Paella.
