This is a first floor, one bedroomed holiday apartment on the Residencial Las Dunas Complex in Corralejo, Fuerteventura. It is the perfect holiday base for couples and families with small children. Twin beds and a sofa which opens out to a full size double bed mean the apartment will sleep up to 4 people (3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children).

There is a large swimming pool with childrens area, tennis courts and Canarian Patio for all guests to use during their stay. There are sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool area for you to use. There is also an exercise room with gym equipment.

Easily reached by car or taxi from the airport Residencial Las Dunas is in a quieter part of Corralejo a few minutes walk from the spectacular Las Dunas National Park, the new El Campanario Shopping Centre, and only 10 minutes from the Baku Family Park which is home to the waterpark, Golf Fantasia, twice weekly market and the Animal Experience where you can get up close and personal with a seal.

You are a 15 minute stroll from the main Avendia with all the bars, shops and restaurants you need to enjoy your holiday in Corralejo.

The apartment has been completely refurbished with new fixtures and furnishings throughout.

It is set on the first floor in a quieter part of the complex a few steps away from the pool area over looking the garden area between blocks.

The bedroom has twin beds and a large sliding door wardrobe with hanging and shelf space for all your belongings, one of the doors is a full length mirror.

The kitchen has a washing machine, microwave and fridge , toaster, kettle and all the equipment you need to make breakfasts, snacks and light meals. The breakfast bar gives the option of dining indoors should you prefer.

The living room is bright and modern and overlooks the balcony. For your entertainment there is a flat screen television (some English Channels along) with a sideboard providing more storage, in here you will also find some games and books for you to enjoy during your stay. The sofa opens out to a full size, sprung matress double bed

The bathroom is light and airy and has toilet, sink, bidet, shower and large mirror with electric point

The balcony is large and catches the sun throughout the day making it a perfect place to sit and relax with a drink or to enjoy a meal outdoors. A covered area provides shade and storage. Out here you will also find some cleaning equipment and a clothes airer.

Bedlinen, hand and bath towels are provided for use in the apartment during your stay. All you need to bring is your beach towel!



The apartment will be cleaned prior to your stay and weekly there after.
