The newly built first floor apartment,is on a gated community. It has 2 twin bedrooms,sleeping 4 people. There is a lounge/diner, bathroom, galley kitchen, utility are(ample storage space for suitcases).The 50 square metre private roof top solarium is south facing. This is where the WOW! factor hits you as the views across the mountains are stunning. The solarium is accessed via the inside of the apartment. There is use of a shared swimming pool,children's swimming pool, bowling green and gardens at no extra cost.

Facilities include:
Air conditioning (hot in winter cold in summer),DVD Player,Satellite TV-all BBC and ITV English channels, English radio and Spanish channels,kettle,toaster,iron,hair dryer,clothes dryer,cooker,fridge,freezer, 4 ring hob, oven

There is a twice weekly cleaning service included in the cost. Linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided.

As the owners live only a 5 minute walk away personnal attention is guaranteed. They are able to pre book activities eg. quad biking, horse riding. Advice can be given as to the best reaturants to eat at and places to visit.

Calasparra is about 45K north west of Murcia city, the capital of the region of Murcia. It is accessible via Alicante and Murcia San Javier Airports. Driving time to this area is just over 1 hour on 3 main roads.This region is called 'The Lake District of South Eastern Spain' due to the varied landscape of reservoirs, rivers, majestic mountains, rice fields and vineyards. Murcia recieves the most sunshine per year in Spain and has a typical Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters

Calasparra today is a bustling rural town. Most of its activities centre on the town square, where there is a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants providing a 4 course lunch called a 'Menu del Dia' for approx. 10 euros ( and this includes a drink) The famous bull run/fiesta of Calasparra takes place the first week of September when there is music, parades and fireworks.
