and its opportunities for water sports to the unspoilt quieter beaches such as San Pedro Del

Pinatar. Oh and we discovered the shops in the great air-conditioned shopping centre in San

Pedro !

ABOUT VILLA BERILLO

Luxury 3 bed villa on the prestigious Polaris World Resort of El Valle. Furnished to the highest standard with air conditioning and private pool. A stunning 3 bed 2 bath detached villa, with vaulted ceilings giving so much extra light while keeping the inside extra cool and shutters at all the windows for a very traditional feel. Furnished to the highest standard with leather settee and very comfy beds.

Spacious lounge with French doors opening onto the garden and private pool. leather settees which comfortably seats 6, TV with satellite, DVD player. Dining area with large table and 6 chairs.

Kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, American fridge freezer with ice dispenser. Comprehensively equipped with toaster, kettle, cooking utensils etc. Door leading to utility area with washing machine.

Bedroom 1: Large master bedroom with vaulted sealing and French doors opening onto garden and pool. Double bed, fitted wardrobes and drawers, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, vanity unit and shower.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, large wardrobe with drawers.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds, large wardrobe with drawers. Separate bathroom with vanity unit, shower cubicle and wc. 7/8 person can be accommodated on additional beds.

From the kitchen is a door leading to an outside covered seating area with large table and 6 chairs. The garden has private swimming pool, outside shower, patio, BBQ and grass areas with plenty of space to sit in or out of the sun. The garden is enclosed and secure.

The villa comes comprehensively equipped with fresh linen and towels, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The whole villa is air conditioned and centrally heated. The resort is security gated with very restricted access but have had an alarm fitted for extra peace of mind.


The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all. San Javier Airport is a 15 min drive. Alicante Airport is a 1 hour drive. Murcia City is 15 min drive. Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, usually has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.

20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.

Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.
