Villa Andaluz is a luxury villa with heated pool, built and furnished to a high specification, and extends over 3 floors that provide a huge amount of space of 450 square metres. This includes a grand marbled entrance hall, large fully-fitted family kitchen, large living room and spacious family room on the ground floor. The top floor, Penthouse suite with access by means of an internal staircase, has a lounge, as well as a private terrace and is the largest bedroom in the villa. Rental Notes The tariff here are for 6 people and there are rates for groups of up to 8 people and also for families of 10-12 + 2 cots. During the UK school holidays, the tariff for full occupancy mostly applies. Saturday is the change over day from Easter onwards and 7 nights is the minimum stay during these months. However this can vary during other times of the year.
