| NEARBY AMENITIES Sunset Ridge is a quiet residential sub division in Davenport, Polk County & located on Hwy 27, less than a minutes drive to Interstate 4 (I4). The sub division is a gated community for your added security. At the entrance to the community you will find the Polk County Information Centre where you can request tourist information for the local area. In the surrounding areas of Hwy 27 you can find convenience stores, bars, restaurants & shops etc. 7 miles away you will find a 24hr WalMart store, one of the biggest chain of stores in the US. And directly across from the sub division you will find a brand new Target super market.
