The hills surrounding the apartment can be explored at your leisure.

Gibraltar is about one and a half hours drive where duty free shopping at Marks & Spencer, Sainsburies etc. can be enjoyed. The lovely tourist attraction Mijas is also about twenty minutes drive away. Public transport is readdily available and reasonably priced. There are many lovely walks along the vast coastline. Granada is about two and a half hours drive with the Alambra palace a must see for tourists. Skiing can also be enjoyed there in the Sierra Nevadas.
