Villa 'EUREKA' is 'NEW', five bedroom, Executive Luxury Villa and built in the gated community of 'Grand Reserve' (Off County Road 54)/ junction of OLD LAKE WILSON ROAD' / RONALD REAGAN PARKWAY' it is situated on the banks of 'Lake Thomas' in a 'wetland' conservation area, "The view from the pool deck is 'stunning and said by some to be 'something to die for'!

Don't take our word for it, just come and see for yourselves". You will have exclusive use of your own SCREENED private pool and Jacuzzi spa, (pool/Spa heating means that the pool is available all year round).

Nearby attractions include the following: - Disney's Main Gate 10 minutes - The Championship Golf Complexes of 'RE-UNION' (three courses) and 'CHAMPIONS GATE' (two courses) are a mere 5 minutes away. Highway 192 is ten minutes and International Drive is 15 minutes. (If you like GOLF, then within 60 minutes you could play on any one of over 130 Golf Courses.) A 60 minute drive will also take you to 'Busch Gardens' (Tampa), Daytona Beach, and Kennedy Space centre.

'GRAND RESERVE' is a small peaceful community whereby you will be surrounded by 'Nature NOT Neighbours' (NO Back to back housing). Whilst your pet is welcome at no extra charge, we ask for a small refundable deposit against damage or soiling.
