The Lazybreeze is a 4 bedroom luxury villa on Mediterranean styled gated community at Highgrove where Highway 192 joins US 27 and is 15 mins/8 miles from Disney. The villa can sleep 10 if the option of the sofa bed in the living area is used.

There is a spacious living area with TV/DVD and Radio/CD player with access to the patio/pool area via patio doors.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cooker/microwave, large fridge/freezer (with icemaker/, coffe maker, plates, etc. Seperate utility room with large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

There is a heated pool and spa with the deck area constructed from red brick paviours. There are cushioned chairs, sun loungers and a dining table. A downstairs restroom can be accessed from the pool area without entering the living area of the villa.
