Thank you for enquiring about our Executive Villa, which is not only a rental but also our home from time to time on our frequent visits, during our stays we are always updating the furniture and features to make your stay more enjoyable and relaxing.
Our house built in 2002, is a modern 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath which sleeps up to 10 people in comfort, the house is a mere 15 minutes from Disney , 1 hour from either Daytona Beach to the East or Tampa Bay to the West along Interstate 4, shops are bountiful and close, with major shopping for the ladies or bargain hunters a short drive. For those who want to go further Miami is about 4-5 hours on the Interstate, this should be an overnight stay.
If you’re a golfing fan then there are no less than 10 championship courses within teeing distance, all of which I have tried.
The house itself is equipped and managed by our host company out there, so if there are any problems or questions they will only be too happy to help.
Our rates are £480- £650 per week depending on when you go, this is for the whole house not each of you. The only extra charge we make is for the pool heating for the cooler months, not needed for the summer. There a couple of rules and they are, you must vacate the house by 11.30 am on day of departure, unless by prior arrangement. No smoking in the house, you can in the pool area, this is for fire regulations.
To book our home all we need is a deposit of 20% per week and the balance 8 weeks before you go. Upon receipt of this we will send all directions and some fact sheets to you, then just arrive and enjoy. The management company will take a deposit of 0.00 dollars on the first day of arrival by credit card, this is a security deposit against any loss or damage, this will be refunded to you on your card after your departure.
