Located in Alen Mak, 5 minutes drive from the busy holiday resort of Golden Sands, the brand new complex is complete with communal pool, gym and sauna. The 2 bedroom apartment is great for all ages and close to local amenities.The Spring Court development is situated in the area known as Alen Mak on Bulgaria's Black Sea Coast and is only 25 minutes drive from Varna Airport and 20 minutes from Varna.
Alen Mak is peaceful and relaxed with its own sandy beaches, local bars and restaurants and yet is within walking distance of the main resort,Golden Sands(5 minutes by regualr bus service).This small complex consists of luxury apartments with a pool, gym, sauna, internet access and a bar. It is only minutes away from the beach via the chairlift.The ground floor apartment overlooks the pool.
It is a spacious 2 bedroom property which comfortably sleeps 5 people although can accommodate up to 7.
The apartment has 2 large bedrooms (1 twin, 1 tripple), 1 with en-suite facilities in addition to the main bathroom.
There is an open-plan kitchen/living room a sofa bed in the living area which can accommodate 2 people. The apartment also benefits from a large balcony.The apartment is fitted with air conditioning to ensure your comfort.The well equipped kitchen has everything necessary for an enjoyable stay including a cooker,fridge, toaster, kettle and iron.

There will be a maid service/linen change each week. If you require extra cleaning, this will be at an extra cost to yourselves. Please let us know and we can arrange this for you.

A refundable deposit of £100 is required on booking to cover any loss or damage.
