This brand new ground floor apartment comprises of open plan lounge/kitchen diner/ 2 bedrooms (1 king bed,1 twin)plus sofa bed/bathroom with shower,wc and wash basin. it is furnished to a high standard with air conditioning throughout and has a well equipped kitchen with everything you may need for your stay.There is a shared swimming pool with free sun beds for your use with lovely views of the mountain.

The apartment is a 7 minute walk to the fine shingle beach, which has gentle sloping waters ideal for children. It has been awarded 'blue flag' status. Nearby Gumbet beach is 3km away and can easily be reached by local dolmus which stops nearby. There are many more beaches around the Bodrum peninsular which can be reached by either dolmus or car.

There are many restaurants along the bay and around the resort as well as several mini markets, the nearest being a short stroll away.There is a large Kippa(Tesco's) situated on the main Bodrum road which can be reached by dolmus or taxi. In the centre of Bitez there are ATMs, small shops, a chemist, public telephones and an internet cafe. There is also a medical centre.

Bitez is well known as a great windsurfing location and equipment can be hired on the beach. There is a small marina where boat trips can be booked and taken from. Bitez is ideal for couples and families who want to enjoy a laid back atmosphere but it is also an ideal base for those who wish to explore the area more. There are wonderful organised trips to many of the historical sights eg Ephesus and other local attractions. If you want to be more adventurous there are jeep safaris to be taken, horse riding to be done as well as scuba diving to try. If relaxing is more your style then why not try a visit to the local Turkish baths (Hammam) or a visit to the mud baths at Dalyan.

Bodrum Milas airport (BJV) is 35 minutes away and flights from many UK airports are available. You can also fly to Izmir or Dalaman both are approx 3 hour drive away. Transfer by taxi from Bodrum can be arranged with our local agent approx cost £30 each way for 4 people. A car is not necessary as the local transport is good but if you wish to hire one this can also be arranged. The change over day is flexible depending on bookings. Checking in and out times are also flexible and can be discussed when flights are confirmed.
