Enjoy a magical Florida holiday at our well maintained, fully equipped, air-conditioned villa, only 15 minutes from Orlando Airport and 20 minutes to Disney and major attractions. Shops, restaurants, golf are all close by. Wireless internet is installed in our home and unlimited telephone access to USA, Canada and Puerto Rico.

We have furnished our home to a high standard and there is a large comfortable lounge and dining area with vaulted ceiling and seating for eight. The fully fitted kitchen has an attractive bay window breakfast area for informal dining. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a large shower. There are two twin-bedded bedrooms, a second bathroom with shower and bath. We also provide two comfortable fold-up beds and a full baby cot (crib) which can be easily accommodated in any of the bedrooms if required. All linen and towels are supplied, there are three hairdryers and we have installed a small safe to house your personal possessions whilst you are out and about.

Our guests particularly enjoy our beautiful 30ft by 15ft private pool and surrounding deck area, especially after a long day at the Theme Parks! The pool and patio are enclosed by a fibreglass mesh screen which allows the sun and breeze through but protects from any biting bugs that may be around! The pool can be electrically heated and backs onto a conservation woodland area and is surrounded by plants and hedges which, unlike many other villas, gives privacy so, relax on our luxury pool furniture and watch the kids have fun in the pool or dine alfresco under our shady lanai. The pool can be lit at night if you fancy a midnight dip! The patio doors leading out to the pool are alarmed for child safety. For bookings of 14 nights or more we provide a complimentary home pack on your arrival to see you through your first hours e.g., bread, milk, butter, fruit, eggs, fruit juice, ham, cheese, toilet rolls, small soap, garbage bag, however, you are only a five minutes drive from a supermarket, bank, pharmacy etc. There is also a small children's play area within walking distance from the villa for those quieter days when you just want to enjoy our home and pool.

Our property and guests are looked after by Homestead Management and they are available by telephone to give any help or guidance you may need upon arrival and during your stay at our property. We politely request that smokers only do so outside our home for the comfort of the next guests.
