Yet, Town Center is ideally located only 5 minutes from Exit 58 off Interstate 4. The entrance to Disney is an 8 minute drive away, Sea World is a 15 minute drive, and Highway 192 with its vast array of shops and restaurants is just 9 minutes.

The new Champions Gate Resort Complex offering two Greg Norman designed golf courses, a large supermarket to cater for all your needs, and various food outlets and small family restaurants is a 5 minute drive from the community.

This is a very impressive 5 bedroomn house with 2 master suites both with ensuite bathrooms and an additional family bathroom. You are sure not to get bored here.

The house has a games room which features a host of activities such as a pool table, table football and a dart board. There is also games and DVD's for all. This will keep the kids and adults well entertained!

Leaving this room, you will find a comfortable sitting area with a TV and DVD player and VCR. The kitchen/breakfast bar is well thought out and includes all modern utilities such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker. There is also a dining area as well as a laundry room, and the house is fully air conditioned.

Outside you will find your pool and sunny deck with great lake views which is a nature lovers paradise! The deck is fully furnished with table and chairs, making it a great spot for watching the sun go down, and the South facing pool is inviting especially after a long day sightseeing.

This house is ideal if more than one family staying as there is so much space, the only problem you will find, is leaving it!
