This privately owned 3rd floor apartment is located in a mainly residential block, second line from the beach with secure, well lit entrance lobby and lift.

The apartment comprises of lobby with hallway leading to the shower room and on to the fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob with extractor, refrigerator, microwave, other small domestic appliances and iron/board. From the kitchen there is a small balcony/washing area with washing machine and drying area.

The entrance lobby also leads to the large living area with table and chairs for 6 people, cocktail bar, large corner sofa unit and Satellite TV and DVD facilities are provided.

The hallway from the lounge area leads to the family bathroom with bath and shower and the 3 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep 7 people. There are two double bedrooms and one twin room. The twin beds can be made into bunk beds allowing space to accommodate a further pull-out single bed or travel cot if required. Each bedroom has a large built in wardrobe, bed linen only is provided and the property is serviced weekly.

The apartment benefits from a south facing balcony, accessible from the lounge area and has further table and chairs.

Change-over day is normally Saturday but we can be flexible out of season.
