The house comprises a semi-open plan ground floor area with sitting room, large terrace, kitchen, utility room and back balcony. Inside stairs lead down to three bedrooms: One double-bedded room, with half-bath and shower-en-suite, one twin-bedded room with half-bath and shower-en-suite and one twin-bedded room with shower-en-suite. All bedrooms have sliding doors with access to the pool and there are outside stairs from the pool area up to the terrace.
