The villa has two en-suite king size bedrooms and three twin bedrooms. It is perfect for a family vacation and for groups of friends holidaying together. The heated screened pool and spa (Jacuzzi) backs onto a conservation area and guarantees fun in the sunshine and the perfect spot to soak in the rays. Sit on our pool deck and watch the setting sun paint soothing pinks and purples in the sky as you sip your drinks.

From the minute you open the door you are greeted by the attractive welcome of the villa. With large open spaces and soaring ceilings. The villa is well equipped and comfortable. It boasts air conditioning throughout to keep you cool and ceiling fans in the main areas.

It is fully equipped with all home comforts including: cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, telephones, TVs, video and hi-fi, clock radios, hairdryers. The Great Room is light and airy with vaulted ceiling and three large skylights, this room measures 32' x 15' and offers a formal dining table with 6 chairs and a lounge area with a 3 seater sofa bed and 2 seater sofa, glass and metal coffee tables, cable TV, DVD, video, lamps and all furnishings to a luxury standard. Patio doors open out onto the Lanai and pool area.

The kitchen is open plan with high ceilings and plants tumbling down from the high wall recesses; the kitchen offers every modern convenience. Full oven and hob, dishwasher, double sink unit, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, microwave, coffee maker, electric can-opener, crockery, cutlery etc. Telephone. A table with 6 chairs provides the perfect breakfast and occasional eating area in the nook. a highchair is available for small children.

The first master suite has a luxury king sized bed (6ft) and bedroom suite with a huge walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. This room has its own cable TV and phone. The en-suite offers separate shower cubicle and feature bath, twin washbasins in a built-in vanity unit and a separate WC. It opens out onto the lanai/pool area giving easy access for that early morning swim.

The second master suite has a luxury king sized bed (6ft) and bedroom suite. This bedroom has its own cable TV and phone. Walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, comprising washbasin in vanity unit, shower in bath and WC. This also opens directly onto the pool. Hairdryer supplied.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds, walk-in closet, dresser and mirror, Bedroom 4 has twin beds, walk-in closet, dresser and mirror and Bedroom 5 has twin beds and bedroom suite. The fifth bedroom has its own cable TV and phone and walk-in closet. Immediately next door is a fully equipped bathroom. Hairdryer supplied. There is a full bathroom located between bedrooms 3 and 4.

The pool area is fully screened with a private 30' x 15' heated swimming pool with raised jacuzzi, featuring steps down into the pool, underwater night illumination. The pool decking is especially designed to keep cool, even in direct sunlight. There is a covered 16' x 12' Lanai, which is a covered porch area overlooking the pool. Sun loungers and patio sets provided. The entire area is covered with a fine mesh screen to keep out any stray insect. For your privacy there is a fence around the pool area. All doors leading to the pool are protected by electronic child alarms. The pool has a gas heater for use during the cooler months for which a charge will be made. A gas BBQ is provided for your use.

For your convenience all linen and towels, iron and ironing board are supplied. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush. The house is cleaned after each letting but should you have a requirement for a maid service this can be arranged at an extra cost. The villa has a local management company to look after the property so in the unlikely event of a problem there is always someone available to help.
