Our Spacious beautifully furnished fully air conditioned Villa with 3 bedrooms (1 double with a queen size bed and 2 twins), 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), situated in a quiet residential area in a 9-hole golf course community within 10/15 minutes drive from the Disney theme parks, shops and restaurants. A 24 hour Walmart Supercenter is a short 5 minute drive.The screen enclosed heated private swimming pool has a covered lanai complete with a table and 6 chairs, a BBQ and a ceiling fan for those hot days and evenings. The pool area is provided with an umbrella, sun loungers and pool lilos. The Villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils and a Breakfast Area with a table and 4 chairs. The Villa is provided with 2 telephones with FREE LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PHONE CALLS, and has ceiling fans in all the bedrooms,in the lounge, and in the Lanai. The lounge contains an entertainment centre with a satellite TV, a DVD player with a selection of disks and a Hi-Fi unit. There is also a selection of paperback books and board games. The lounge is also provided with a 3-seat sofa which also serves as a queen size sleeper, a 2-seat sofa and a rocking arm chair. A child’s high chair, a travel cot with bedding and a stroller are also provided. The Villa is provided with a FREE WI-FI HIGH SPEED INTERNET if you wish to bring your laptop. Smoking is not allowed inside the Villa. Anyone who wishes to smoke may do so in the lanai area.
