Bella Casa is a spacious,comfortable 3 double bedroomed Villa. The garden is very spacious and has many fruit trees, where guests can pick their own fresh fruit. In the adjasent studio apartment lives the caretaker who is a local teacher and therefore knowledgable on "Island Knowledge" All Windows are screened. The Villa has a Carbon Monoxide & Smoke Detector for safety. Which is checked regularly.The lounge has a Queen sized sofa bed, therefore the Villa can comfortably accomodate up to 8 people. Children of 10 years old and over are welcome.

Cable Television is installed. The property is a strict "NO-SMOKING" Villa. All the bedrooms are very spacious and all the rooms have a ceilling fan/light and 2 Bedrooms have the option of air conditioning. The lounge, Dining room (With an extending dining table and table linen) and well equipped Kitchen all have ceiling fans and are air conditioned if required.
Bed linen and Sets of Towels are provided for your convenience" Even bath sheets which are ideal for the beach". All you have to do is just pack your suitcase and head for Paradise.

Abba's Taxi / Tour Guide will meet you on your arrival and take you to the house and will also pick you up on departure. He is a "Brilliant Tour Guide!" One of "The Best on Nevis" Maid service is provided twice per week. If you need her more often you may make your own arrangements directly with her.

Bella Casa faces beautifull Nevis Peak Mountain (3,232 ft high) which captured the heart of Christopher Columbus. Charlestown is only approximately 5 minutes drive away.
Local transport will stop right at the gate and they run frequently, therefore there is no need to hire transport if you prefer to take the Bus! Also accross the road is a Bakery. More bakeries can be found in Charlestown.
There are various local craft shops, selling everything from local crafts to Nevis famous "Hot pepper sauce" and delicious chutneys made from famous Nevis mangos! The Caribelle Batic outlet for quality clothing and gifts is also in Charlestown.

Four Seasons Resort and Pinneys Beach is approximately 10 minutes drive away. For Diving, Water sports, a delightfull meal and drinks Oualie Beach Hotel is approximately 15 minutes drive.

Car rental can be arranged on request. However for first time visitors an island Tour is really advisable to give you first hand local information on what to see, where to go, where to eat and even the best shopping. Speak to Abba and he will give you his rates! Some of the Inns of Nevis former plantations and Great Houses are The Hermitage who serve the "#1 Rum punch" in the Caribbean, Montpelier and Old Manor Hotels are steeped in Caribbean history all their properties were former great houses. All these properties are just a 5-10 minutes drive away. 15-20 minutes drive away will take you to picturesque Mt. Nevis hotel, ring in advance and book dinner or visit their Pizza Beach. Where they serve the best Pizza's on Nevis right on the Sea edge with breath taking views of sister island St. Kitts. Rumours resteraunt close to New Castle airport is also a "must try" Rumours serve delicious locally caught fish, Lobster and a variety of other fresh food is cooked to order.Try their West Indian buffet, a real treat and value for money..
