You are a 10 minute walk from Guardamar centre that has lots of bars, restaurants and street cafes plus a nightly market stretching along from the town centre to the the promenade.
The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and comprises of lounge with dining area which consists of dining table and chairs, 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, TV with English satellite, DVD player, mini hi-fi and sun terrace with patio set with views overlooking the pool.
Separate kitchen with filtered water tap and consists of fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, cooker with hob and oven, microwave with grill, iron and board and all cooking utensils.
The bathroom consists of bath shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies which is 15 minute drive and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 12 minute drive from this property.
A day out can be had at the RIO SAFARI park. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch.
Benidorm with all its attractions is only an hours drive away.
Guardamar has an excellent market on Wednesday with fruit, veg and everything else you can think of all year round.
Daily markets can be found in towns round about - full list available in the apartment.
There is a one off payment on arrival of 60 euros for cleaning, along with a deposit of 50 euros for gate remote and keys which is refundable when keys returned at the end of the stay.
If required there is a pick up service from the airport from 30 euros from Alicante or from 40 euros from Murcia. (Price depends on number of people)
Also if required for arrival (bread, milk and water)can be purchased for you and payment made on pick up keys.

Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. There is a returnable damage deposit of £100. For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water. There is a one off cleaning charge of 60 euros payable on arrival along with a refundable 50 euros for keys and gate remote, which is returned at the end of your stay when keys are returned.
