This well presented bright, comfortable villa is set in large grounds in the countryside just outside Albox. It is set in a rural location but within easy reach of the town of Albox some 5-10 minutes drive where you will find shops, banks, bars and restaurants. Situated on a very large plot with mountain views to the back and open land to the front on a private road it is the perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The popular coastal resort of Mojacar is also easily accessible with its beaches and restaurants and lovely old town set in the hillside. The villa has a large lounge with dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom; an en-suite shower room and one further bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and full size fridge/freezer. There is a TV, DVD player and CD player in the lounge and the villa is fully air conditioned. There is a small roof balcony/terrace via stairs at the rear (please note this area is not suitable for small children as you can access the roof). Almeria airport is about 1 hours drive. We would recommend a car because of the villa's rural location.
