Orlando location
Town centre is a secure gated community of less than 100 privately owned homes. It is set in a woodland conservation area. The community has been styled with a Caribbean flavour and is set in an area of beautifully tended grounds. There are fabulous views and an abundance of wildlife to see.
Activities
Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM studios, Animal Kingdom theme parks and Typhoon Lagoon & Blizzard Beach are all no more than a 10 minute drive away. Additional attractions in the region of International Drive, such as Sea World, Discovery Cove, Universal studios/Islands of adventure and Wet & Wild are 20 minute drive away. Busch Gardens theme park and Adventure Island waterpark situated in Tampa are approximately 45 minutes drive.
