Brand new Luxury south facing,3 bedroom villa at Lake Wilson Preserve near champions Gate, situated less than 10 mins to walt Disney World. Just 2 minutes away from the shopping village of Champions Gate which includes Publix supermarket and a choice of 5 golfcourses with the Reunion estate.
Minutes away from the famous 192 wich hosts an array of shops and restaurants and of course wal-mart.
All other attractions in the Orlando Area and Busch Gardens in Tampa are easily accessable from the the I4 which is 2 mins fom the villa

The fully air conditioned accommodation briefly comprises of;
Master bedroom with Queen sized bed, on suite bathroom, walk in wardrobe, cable t.v. telephone, radio alarm, ceiling fan.
The second bedroom has a full size double with fitted wardrobe, radio alarm, cable t.v. ceiling fan.
The third bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobe, cable t.v. ceiling fan.

The spacious living area has a 3 seater sofa which converts to a comfortable queen sized sleeper for extra guests. it has a 2 seater sofa. The main room has cable t.v. d.v.d. c.d.player. there is a ps2 and games along with films books and puzzles.

The kitchen boasts large cooker, fridge freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal unit.
Dining table and 6 chairs are complimented with 2 breakfast bar stools.

Outdoor dining table with 6 padded luxury pool chairs great for breakfast in the sun or outdoor evening dining under the stars. (plus 4 standard chairs)
We have 4 sunbeds and our pool area has both sun and shade in the afternoons great so the kids don't get burnt by the sun whilst playing in the pool.
Separate utility room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Games room is air conditioned too.( we've made this specially for the kids) Comprises of a full sized air hockey table, football table, kids bar, patio table and chairs , poker set, wooden train set and fun coloured lighting.(just try getting them out)
