Spacious house in a sought after area of Altea la Vella. We have the benefit of being in a quiet location over looking a beautiful golf couse and Mediterranean whilst being just a 15 minute walk from the village of Altea la Vella (meaning Old Altea) with its local shops, restaurants and cafes.

The large but quiet shared pool is set within well tended gardens and the beautifully kept tennis court is set within the grounds. Both the pool and tennis are free and for the exclusive use of residents.

The house is very comfortably furnished and ideally suited for both active and relaxing holidays.

The bright and airy loung/diner has patio doors opening onto a large full width sunny balcony with wonderful views over the golf couse to the sea. The lounge is furnished with 3 piece suite, TV, DVD, hi-fi, and dining table and chairs to seat 6 adults.

The kitchen is a very good size and fully equipped: dish washer, w/machine,oven & hob, microwave, kettle, teapot, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, toaster, iron.

The 3 generous twin bedrooms all have large built in wardrobes with internal drawers. the master bedroom has an en-suite marble bathroom.

There are 2 full marble bathrooms, both have a shower and a bath. One bathroom is en-suite.

The large roof terrace has panoramic views over the Mediterranean to the south and the Bernia Mountains to the north. this is furnished with sun loungers.

Altea la Vella is just a leisurely 20 minute walk away through the quiet citrus groves and old lanes and has a baker, small supermarket, assorted shops, restaruants and cafes.

The historic sea front town of Altea is but a 5km drive away and offers a wonderful palm-lined prominade, small fishing harbour, shops, cafes and restaurants. Winding up from the sea front are the narrow old streets leading up the hill to the heart of the old town and Church Square. The old town is home to many artists & their studios are open to the public.

Just a few miles along the motorway are the theme parks of Aqualandia, Terramitica and Mundomar.
