This spacious semi-detached villa has all the comforts of home with 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin all with their own balcony and ample storage space. All rooms in the villa are fully air conditioned for your comfort. The top bedroom leads onto the secluded roof terrace ideal for private sun bathing. The separate fully fitted kitchen incorporates a full oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. There is also a hair dryer for personal use, washing machine and iron/ironing board should you need them. The lounge has a large sofa bed for extra sleeping plus satellite TV with DVD/CD player. The dining area has a table and chairs seating six but this room also opens on to a large outdoor patio for al fresco dining or simply to sit and watch the sun go down whilst sipping a glass of whatever takes your fancy!

The villa is sited on a secure complex within landscaped gardens and the facilities include an impressive pool area with separate childrens pool, a pool bar and restaurant which is open all day and into the evening as well as a five-aside football pitch, basketball and a childrens play area. The site also has a shop for your essentials but there are other shops and restuarants within walking distance. A large aqua park is only 10 minutes walk away and 2 minutes further on there is a glorious sandy beach where all kinds of water sports are available or you can just relax and enjoy the sunshine. If you wish to travel further afield then excursions can also be booked at the pool bar.

For golfers, 20 minutes drive away is Belek which boasts numerous championship golf courses and is reknowned as one of the premiership golfing areas in Turkey. A Links Golf Course only 2Kms away is due to open in 2007/2008. Only a short dolmus (bus) ride away is picturesque Side which is situated on a peninsula surrounded by glorious sandy beaches and is famous for its magnificent Roman ruins, at the centre of which is an amphitheatre that still holds concerts in the summer. With so many attractions Side has something for everyone: shops, restaurants, water sports and a quaint harbour. In the other direction is the larger town of Manavgat with its riverside restaurants, shops and weekly market and the opportunity for a boat trip to the magnificent Manavgat Falls - well worth a visit!
