Front and rear patio/garden areas are fully secure & kid proof and both have table & chairs for "al fresco" living. The solarium is accessed to the rear of the property and again is secure within the rear gate & wall.
The lounge/dining area is a good size and contains full digital TV and stereo for guests“use. There is air con. situated within the lounge and 3rd bedroom whilst the other 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans. Bed 1 is double, Bed 2 is twin bedded and are located either side of the bathroom. Bed 3 (as detailed previously) is also twin bed.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.
The comm.pool is literally just outside the "back gate".
There is also an alarm at the property.

All rental rates are INCLUSIVE of use of air con, clean & linen/towels - changed mid stay if rental 10+ days.
We are happy to accept mid wk rentals throughout the year
as well as short stay (min. 3x nights) or winter lets
Late bookings not a problem (need at least 48hrs notice)
Local agent meets you at property for keys etc as well as check-out. Welcome food packs, baby hire equipment, "special occasions", airport transfers, prebooking of cycle hire etc can all be catered for. | |
