The ground floor has a spacious living area opening out onto a big terrace and the pool area. It has a split level dining area seating 8. This leads into the large fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room. There is 1 double bedroom on this floor with south east facing terrace. The main bathroom is next to the bedroom which has a bath/shower, wc, bidet, sink and heated towel rail.
The second double bedroom is on the first floor with a west facing terrace. It has a large ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath/shower, separate walk in shower, double basins, bidet, wc and heated towel rail.

It is a nice quiet location, within walking distance of the Marina and the bustling Old Town.
