Set on the top floor (1st) in a low-rise Andalucian styled complex, with lots of character and great views. It has been furnished and equipped to an exceedingly high standard, creating a beautiful and comfortable holiday home.

The apartment is on the first floor, reached by tiled steps on the outside of the building. The front door takes you into the lounge area which benefits from an unusually high ceiling - creating a wonderful feeling of space. It has 2 comfortable sofas to relax and watch satellite TV, or a DVD. It is open plan to the dining area, which has seating for 4 and leads onto the large balcony.

The balcony is south facing and bathed in sunshine for most of the day. It has lovely sea views and is a great place to sunbathe, dine or just relax with a glass of wine!

There are two large bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin - both with built-in wardrobes and plenty of storage space.

The shower room has a good sized wash basin and powerful shower.



The complex is small and friendly. It feels typically spanish with the whitewashed buildings nestling in the colourful gardens. The complex benefits from 2 generously sized pools. One pool is large enough for the most avid of swimmers, and the other is large but shallow - great for children - or those of us who dont like to get too wet!

The convenient situation means that car hire is not essential. Within a couple of minutes walk is well-stocked Mini Market and a number of small bars and restaurants including British, Chinese and Italian. There is also a DVD hire shop and Internet Cafe. All conveniently close, with the benefit of being out of sight and out of earshot!

For beach lovers a 5 minute walk will take you to the golden sands of La Cala, where you can chill in one of the beach bars, have fun with the watersports, or just lounge!

A selection of Golf Courses, Tennis & Watersports are all nearby.

There are actually over 40 golf courses within 20 mins of the apartment, the closest being only 5 mins walk.

Marbella and Fuengirolla are a short drive away, and easy to reach by bus. Gibralter is also only an hour away - and a good day out!
