A stairway takes you to a black sand beach that nestles at the foot of the property. The HOUSE has a swimming pool, new kitchen, 2 bedrooms plus sleeping porch, 3 baths, laundry, and DSL hookup. The COTTAGE, suitable for a couple or parents with a small child or two,
is one room with a queen bed and safabed, complete kitchen and dining areas, porch, patio, and a hot tub in the gardens.
