Clerac is a large village with small shop, excellent restaurant, wine shop, post office, hairdresser and even a small museum. We are on the borders of the Charente Maritime, Charente, Dordogne and Gironde departments,so there is good access to all varieties of places of interst.
Fantastic beaches at Arcachon and Royan. Beautiful countryside in all directions to enjoy on foot ,by bike or in the car. Places to visit with interest for all ages......wine tastings,chocolate tastings ,designer shops.

There is always the alternative of relaxing by the pool.The pool house provides shade and comfort.Large dining table and comfortable sofa and chairs. Large terrace, also with dining table and chairs. Poolside barbecue.
