There are four bedrooms (each sleeping two), two at the front of the villa sharing a bathroom, and two at the rear, (one of which is the master), each with their own bathroom. The master features a King-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with large corner bath and walk-in shower. A large lounge with formal dining area, a fully fitted/equipped luxury kitchen with bar and breakfast area and a utility room with washer and dryer complete the spacious accommodation, and separate the two sleeping areas.

Patio doors off the lounge and master bedroom lead to the fully screened 14’ x 28’ south facing pool (heating can be provided in the cooler months), accentuated by a raised, lighted Spa. At the rear a purpose built “burm” (grassy bank) provides screening for the property. Deluxe patio furniture (table, chairs and recliners) provide the opportunity to relax by the pool and enjoy outdoor dining - undercover if cool and shade are required.
